  1. By instructing FirstVisa24 Ltd. to act as your agent for the provision of visas and other related services, you agree to all the terms set out below. No employee or agent is permitted to alter these terms, except as expressly agreed in writing.
  2. FirstVisa24 Ltd.will use its best endeavors to provide accurate and reliable information at all times and to process applications as requested by the client. However, requirements and fees related to the processing of, visas and related services are outside the control of FirstVisa24 Ltd. and subject to change without prior notice. These include, but are not limited to, Embassy fees, Application fees, additional documentation, application forms, and processing times. FirstVisa24 Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any changes in requirements or fees and reserve the right to pass on any increased charges.
  3. FirstVisa24 Ltd. does not accept responsibility for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application or passport whatsoever or howsoever caused by consulates, embassies or the passport office. Nor do we accept liability for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application arising from or in connection with complete application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, acts or omissions by public authorities.
  4. FirstVisa24 Ltd. Is committed to compliance with the Data Protection Act. We hold a legal duty to do so and FirstVisa24 Ltd. will take every precaution to protect your information. The following principles will apply when we process your personal information:
    • Your personal information is only processed with your knowledge;
    • Only personal information that we actually need is collected and processed;
    • Your personal information is only seen by those who need it to do their jobs;
    • Your personal information is retained only for as long as it is required;
    • Your personal information is accurate and is only used for the intended purpose;
    • Your personal information is protected from unauthorised or accidental disclosure;
    You will be provided with a copy of personal information we hold on you on request; There will be procedures in place for dealing promptly with any disputes. All of these principles will apply whether we hold your personal information on paper or in electronic form.
  5. Unless specific instructions are received in writing to the contrary, FirstVisa24 Ltd. normally send completed applications by Royal Mail Special Delivery, are subject to the conditions set by these companies.FirstVisa24 Ltd. accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies.
  6. FirstVisa24 Ltd. will at all times endeavor to process applications according to clients' request. However it is the express responsibility of the client to check the validity of the passport, visa or document issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required and is also valid for the purpose of trip.
  7. The processing times for, visas and other documentation are approximations based on our experience with embassies, and consulates. These are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed.

    Applicants should make travel arrangements only after obtaining appropriate visa.
  8. FirstVisa24 Ltd. reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason whatsoever and at its total discretion, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree of difficulty in obtaining such documents due to purpose of travel. All disputes must be notified in writing to FirstVisa24 Ltd within 30 days of invoice date.
  9. FirstVisa24 Ltd. reserves the right to retain all documents until payment for processing is received in full.
  10. This site contains links to other websites FirstVisa24 Ltd. is not responsible for the accuracy of the content of any such websites.
  11. All content, designs, text, graphics, software compilations and source codes on this website are the copyright of FirstVisa24 Ltd. and/or its content providers. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of this website in any form is prohibited other than for individual use only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party. The permission to recopy by an individual does not allow for incorporation of material or any part of it in any work or publication, whether in hard copy, electronic, or any other form. Any other use of the website without prior written consent from FirstVisa24 Ltd. is strictly forbidden.
  12. Return Policy for Firstvisa24 Ltd: If there is no way in which Firstvisa24 can obtain costumers visa, and all documentatio has been provided, Firstvisa24 will offer a refund in full less £10 for return postage by Special Delivery or whatever the cost of return delivery by Special Delivery is (whichever is the greater). If, however, you decide to withdraw your application from Firstvisa24 or do not provide documentation which Firstvisa24 requests which would have, if provided, enabled you to obtain a visa, Firstvisa24 will only refund that portion of the fees that would have been paid over to the Embassy and will not refund the service charge. 11:26 AM

    Once Firstvisa24 has received your documentation and all fees, Firstvisa24 will endeavour to process your visa on the timescales quoted on our website http://www.indiavisa.24.co.uk depending on the service you have requested. However, Firstvisa24 do not accept responsibility for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application whatsoever or howsoever caused by the Indian Embassy or Royal Mail.
