To receive same-day service, your passport must be to our office before 9:45am. If you are posting your passport to us using Royal Mail, you MUST use their 9:00am Special Delivery. Under this system, your passport will be available for pick-up on the same day after 5:00pm. It is highly recommended that you pick up your visa in person at our office or arrange for a private courrier before 5:30pm that day. Otherwise, your visa will be posted the following morning (using Next Day delivery service) and arrive to you the day after that. Please note: Both your Invitation and Authorization letters must explain why you need your visa so urgently.

To obtain an Fast-Track Indian Business Visa, you will need to send:

• A completed Indian Visa Application Form printed from this Website only. If you are unable to download our application call us and we will send you one by mail. The application may be filled out by hand. Please ensure the signature is identical to the one on your passport.
• Two recent, quality, identical passport photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!) and affixed to the space indicated on the application form.
• Your valid original passport(s). It must be valid for at least the next 6 months, with at least two blank pages remaining. Note: If your passport has been recently renewed, you will also need to post your older, expired passport.
• Letter from the sponsoring organization in India on company letterhead indicating the nature of applicant’s business, reasons for Urgent Business Visa, probable duration of stay, validity of visa applied for, places and organisation to be visited and a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses.
• A Visa Authorization Letter or Invitation letter from a business. A Business invitation letter from a business in India is acceptable for applying for a business visa, however it must be a formal letter on the company’s letter headed paper which states:
  • The visitor’s name
  • Date of birth
  • The visitor’s passport number
  • Nationality
  • Intended date of visit
  • Purpose of the visit
• An Invitation letter from the UK company. It must be a formal letter, signed and on the company’s letter headed paper and state the following:
  • The visitor’s name
  • Date of birth
  • The visitor’s passport number
  • Nationality
  • Intended dates of travel
  • Purpose of the visit

• Non-UK nationals will also need to provide a copy of the following documents as proof of his/her stay in the UK for more than 2 years:

  • Stamp of Indefinite stay. OR
  • Utility bills pertaining to Current month, AND One for at least two years back (but not older than 30months).
  • Utility Bills include only Landline Telephone, Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax
  • Bills and Tenancy Agreement. Bank statements/Credit card statements will not be considered as Proof of stay.
  • Mix and Match of the Utility bills are not acceptable.
  • In absence of 2 years residence proof in UK, case to be treated as Non UK National

Important Note: Both the UK letter Indian authorization letter must contain your passport number.
