How long is a India visa valid for?
Multiple entry visas are valid for either 6 months or 12 -24 months starting from the date it was issued.
How far in advance can I apply for my Inidan Visa?
Indian visas are valid from the date of issue, NOT your date of arrival in India. You should ensure you get your visa well in advance, but not too much in advance if you want to make a long trip. Plan accordingly.
Do I have to send you my original passport? Can I apply for it online?
You will need to send your valid original passport, The India visa will be pasted on your passport. You are advised to send your application in a secure way, using a courier such as Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
How should I send my passport?
For urgent service, you must use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ 9.00am. We cannot submit your application to the Embassy after 10:00am. For standard service, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day.
How do you send my passport back?
We send all the passports back by secured Special Next Day Delivery, it is insured and guaranteed to arrive on the next day before 1 pm. You can also pick up your passport by yourself or arrange your own courier to come to collect it.
When would I expect my passport back?
The processing time plus the delivery time. If you use normal turn- around, you are about to receive your passport back in a week. If you travel in less than 10 days, please use Express Service.
Is the price all inclusive?
Yes, it is all inclusive and you don NOT need to enclose a envelope for return your passport.
What if I can NOT download or print out the India Visa Application Form?
Email us your postal address or fax no. we will send you the form.
What if I decide to cancel my visa application after sending you my passport?
If you should cancel your application after it has been submitted, it can take 3-4 days for us to get your passport back from the Embassy. Please note that IndiaVisa24.co.uk will not charge a service fee for a canceled application, however fees charged by the Embassy will still be applied.
